From 29 May to 2nd June (Mon-Fri), more than 20 athletes of all levels took part in the mid year holiday training. Two, three hour sessions were conducted each day.
Learning from the World Table Tennis Championship
In the morning, single-ball training plans were done. Goals were given for each plan as a guidance of skill progress. During the afternoon, multi-ball training is given in order to enhance or correct specific techniques of each the athlete. By the end of the week, a roundrobin competition was held to put them skills to test.
