Returns & Refunds
Undelivered Goods
If goods are not received during delivery, it'll be directed back to us unless requested. Full refunds will be given back as the goods returns to us. It may take up to 3 weeks to process the refund.
Damaged Goods
Products that are sold can be replaced if and only if the products are found to be faulty. Replacement can be done in within 3 days after you've received your product. Donic Malaysia remains the rights of deciding whether the product should be replaced.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery on average is about 2-7 business days. Delivery time depends on the quantity of order as well as the location of desired destination. Orders are posted through City-Link Express. Delivering to East Malaysia takes a little longer, estimated to be 5-14 business days.
Delivery Coverage
At the moment, delivery is only made possible in within Malaysia. We'll make an announcement if we are able to ship overseas.
Delivery to Office/Private Areas
Do set the office address as the desired delivery address. Please do indicate company name as well as inform the guards or else there'll be some trouble for our shipping partners. Please be in mind that once you have placed your order, you cannot change the delivery address.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
Payments can be done using Paypal, Credit/ Debit Card such as Visa and Master Card. Simply hit Checkout with Paypal. Towards the end of the transaction the Credit/Debit Card option will be available.
